Foremost, students must
understand the importance of learning at this leader Holy Institution. It will
be rather irrational to imagine that one can become a great leader in a short
span of time . The great leaders at present achieved their eminence due to a
lot of hard work and dedication they put in; to learn here is a Golden
opportunity which one should heartily acknowledge as the blessing bestowed upon
us by our Divine Mother. What one achieves here is a lot more than just
education. By the virtue of it being an institution of management , this is the
place where one experiences the Global collectivity for a long time unlike the
International Seminars where we find such collectivity but for a day or two.
Students get to know each other besides various other curricular activities as
well. This establishment is a pedestal where spiritual compliance itself
becomes a medium of intellectual and spiritual ascent, not only on a gross
level but more deeply on a subtle level. In our daily lives, there are
situations and things which bind us to a monotony that does not permit us to be
meditative most of the time and uphold that state. As a result of which our
subtle mechanism does not get use to the functioning of Kundalini all the time.
On the contrary, by the blessings of H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi this abode
allows us not only to ascend on a subtle level but also our system adapts
itself beautifully to the ever working
Kundalini. Hence, even after leaving this heavenly place one is easily able to
introspect and know his meditative state, The Kundalini ascends within no time
and contemplation happens effortlessly. Therefore this Academy is not merely an Institution
of learning management skills but a Research centre where people get generous
time to introspect, contemplate and conduct study of an intellectual cum spiritual research on them – On a Subtle
and Gross level where knowledge is the medium to know and raise them to a
higher degree of their divine self.
Students at the academy
should understand the importance of building up a proper base for the
progression of management skills in them; as it is a living process which takes
time to grow. This however does not depend on the time and money one spends here as learning capacity of every
individual varies just like their kundalinies, hence it can be less learning in
more time or vice-versa. Besides the management education and University Degree,
students also experience a new height in their overall ascent as learning is
possible anywhere but sahaj learning is possible only at the Mother’s abode.
Students should always strive to derive pleasure
in every step, every stage of learning as ‘learning is akin to gaining wisdom’
– Never ending and a lifetime process. It is only when we start to enjoy art
that the vibrations flow. We get this pleasure due to the vibrations instilled
in an art by the Divine, hence learning that art comes as a perfect
manifestation of the Divine’s creation in our lives. Regular practice
and a penchant of developing an individual way to present the art drive a
