ASOM has been addressing this growing need by continuously upgrading and enhancing the quality, curiculum and methodology in its programs offered to its distance learning students.

Post Graduate Programme is an integrated program designed to provide an advance program in management for those seeking managerial positions in industry, commerce and services. The core subjects are aimed at developing knowledge and skills in fundamental management  disciplines. The program also involves participation in group work with students from diverse backgrounds and is aimed at improving the decision making abilities of the participants in management related areas.

• To hone the student's analytical abilities.
• To provide access to a broad base of knowledge in core managerial skills.

The program is divided over four semesters, each spanning 16 weeks approximately. The summer internship (8 weeks) in an industrial organization following the first year is scheduled. With emphasis on practical approach throughout, classroom learning is complemented with assignments, case-studies and field visits, with active participation of the students.
