The concept of a healthy mind in a healthy body : The students are helped to focus on all the dimensions of health and create a daily schedule, which shall be motivating, exhilarating, invigorating and sustainable; with the ulterior motive being Total Health Gain.
It involves guidance by health and nutrition experts visiting the Campus, workshops, easy-n-fun exercises and counseling sessions. The students shall be offered membership of a gymnasium with ultra modern facilities, at a nominal fee.
Badminton, Tennis, Table tennis, etc facilities are provided in association with leading sport clubs.
